Are pods and acoustic meeting rooms really acoustic?
Our acoustic pods and meeting rooms have been tested by an independent laboratory to ensure a reduction of -35 db according to ISO 11957.
Please note that we recommend that you be wary of the sound insulation figures given on the internet.
Don't hesitate to ask for the certifications to ensure the acoustic performance!
Where to test our acoustic booths?
If you would like to discover and test the leet design acoustic booths, you can visit us in our showroom (by appointment) at 15 rue de Milan in the 9th arrondissement in Paris.
If you are unable to travel, please contact us and we will direct you to our nearest partner.
Is there a telephone and wifi network in the cabins?
Acoustic booths are not military shelters, so don't worry, if you get reception in your office you'll get wifi and the phone network as well!
How do I assess the number of acoustic booths needed for my project?
The number of acoustic booths will depend on your use case.
We recommend 3 acoustic booths for a team of 10 sales people.
Do not hesitate to visit us to see the different uses or to make an appointment with one of our specialists to define your needs.
How to place a Phonebox ?
We recommend placing the booths as close as possible to the workspace to reduce the amount of movement in your office.
They can be positioned against a wall or in the middle of a room. The glass walls do not obstruct the light in the room. It is also possible to place them next to each other to optimise space.

Buying & renting
How much does an acoustic booth cost?
Each acoustic booth is unique and can be adapted to your project.
The price of the cabin is based on the materials used and the expertise of our teams.

Are there any second-hand phone boxes?
Used acoustic booths retain their value very well due to their durability and design.
Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your request with a member of our team.
N.B.: The market for acoustic booths is new, there are not many acoustic booths available. If we don't have stock we will put you on the waiting list.
Can I buy phone boxes on lease?
Our phone boxes are also available for leasing, a rental solution with a purchase option.
The leasing terms offered are: 24, 36, 48 or 60 months.
The leasing price includes delivery, assembly and maintenance.

Is the furniture included in the purchase price of the acoustic booths?
All acoustic cabins are equipped with an integrated shelf in the price.
For the acoustic cab seats, only those of Arche S-L, D and Q are included.
For the S acoustic cabin you have 4 choices of seating, as an option.
What if I need to cancel my order?
The cancellation of your order depends on the stage of progress of your order.
If you wish to cancel, please contact our team to find out how to proceed.
Logistics & installation
What is the delivery time?
The average delivery time for our pods is 4 weeks in France and 6 weeks in Europe.
This period may be extended during certain periods. This will be confirmed in your quote.
Who installs our acoustic booths?
Your future booth(s) will be installed by members of our team, professional fitters specifically trained in the installation of our acoustic booths.
How will the acoustic booths be installed?
Your future cabin(s) are pre-assembled in our workshops and then assembled on your premises.
Our teams carry out a quality control at the end of the installation to ensure the acoustic performance.
N.B.: Installation time varies according to the number of products ordered and does not include the time it takes to deliver the parts. It takes 30 minutes for a Arche S/S-L and 2 hours for a Arche D/Q.
How are the acoustic booths powered?
The phone booths and acoustic meeting rooms are powered by a 1.5m power cable that plugs into a standard mains socket (the individual booths use no more power than a smartphone and the meeting rooms no more than a laptop)!
Are the phone booths and meeting rooms demountable?
If you want to move your arche in the same room, you don't need to dismantle it, our acoustic booths are easily moved by pushing them.
If you move, our teams will take care of it.

Warranty & Security
Are acoustic booths guaranteed?
All acoustic booths are guaranteed for 5 years.
This guarantee covers the acoustic performance, the ventilation system and the lighting system.
It includes labour and travel costs for repairs (at your home or in the workshop).
Don't worry, acoustic booths have an estimated life span of more than 10 years!
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the products; problems related to use not in accordance with its intended purpose; deterioration due to shocks; problems related to modification of the product(s) by a third party; problems related to negligence in the maintenance of the product or due to force majeure.
What should I do if a lamp or fan on my phonebox stops working?
If your product malfunctions, do not wait and contact our team or the distributor in charge of your installation.
The 5 year warranty is over, all components are easily accessible and replaceable
Ecology
Do you use toxic products for users?
The materials used to design our acoustic cabins have been carefully selected for their quality, their ecological aspect and their absence of VOC (volatile organic compounds).
Your future cabin will not be harmful to you and its users.
Are acoustic booths and meeting rooms recyclable?
All our products have been designed to be recycled or reconditioned at the end of their life.
Our teams are committed to taking back your product and giving it a new life as soon as you dispose of it!
Maintenance
How do I clean my acoustic booth/acoustic meeting room?
To ensure the durability of your product, it is important to clean it regularly.
For the windows and the floor of the sound booth, nothing complicated, wash them like those of your office.
For fabric and wood, do not use chemicals and use a dry cloth or magic sponge.
However, the fabric and the tablet can be disinfected with a disinfectant liquid.
